We need a WiX XML project file to "wrap" an existing .EXE
installer created with InstallScript so it can be distributed via GPO. It
has to do nothing else. Our installer handles Add/Remove programs, files,
links, icons, everything... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Script Install)
